Originally opened in Paley's house in Beck
Road, the gallery has recently moved to
larger premises in the wastelands of deepest
Bethnal Green.For such a small gallery,
Interim's track record has been impressive,
and includes the 1997 Turner Prize winner
Gillian Wearing, and Wolfgang Tillmans,
winner in 2000 - a remarkable duo for a
small gallery. A place to spot artists before
they hit the big-time, Interim Art gives
us all a reason to head East.sst.
